At the Alpaca Clothing Company you can shop with confidence. You can be rest assured that every effort is made to give the best description possible for all of our products, but we understand that sometimes an item isn’t what you expected or the sizing may not be right and you will want to return it to us.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:
- Pierced earrings unless faulty.
- Socks and hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
You have 14 days to cancel your order with us from the date of receiving the goods. The item(s) must be in a re-saleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. Please re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package. You need to return your order to us at your own cost, (If there is a fault with the item we will reimburse your return postage). We ask that you send your item by recorded delivery and keep proof of posting.
For items over £50, please return and state the item you would like to exchange for.
For orders under £50, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
When will I be refunded?
We aim to process all returns on the day that we recieve them. It may take 3-5 working days for the funds to be credited into your account, during busy periods please allow up to a week for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will recieve an email to confirm this.
