rest assured that every effort is made to give the best description possible for
all of our products, but we understand that sometimes an item isn’t what you
expected and you will want to return it to us..
Sadly as we have now announced our closing down sale we will no longer be able to offer refunds on returned items and will only be able to offer exchanges. You will need to return your order at your own cost, we suggest that you send your item with some form of recorded delivery and keep proof of postage. The product must be in a re-saleable condition with all tags and labels attached. If there is a fault with the items we will reimburse your return postage.
