Returns Policy
At the Alpaca Clothing Company you can shop with confidence. You can be rest assured that every effort is made to give the best description possible for all of our products, but we understand that sometimes an item isn’t what you expected and you will want to return it to us.
You have 14 days to cancel your order with us, from the date of
receiving the goods. You need to return your order in full and at your
own cost, we suggest that you send your item by some form of recorded delivery and keep proof of
posting. The product must be in a re-saleable condition, with all tags and
labels attached. Please remember to inform us of the action you would like us
to take on the returns note.
If there is a fault with the item we will reimburse your return postage.
Telephone orders can be returned and exchanged for another product or size, an
additional postage charge will be required for orders £50 and under. Any items
bought on our website that need to be exchanged, please return to us for a
refund and place a new order on line
Usually all refunds and exchanges are completed on the same day that we receive them, however, due to COVID19, we will leave returned parcels for a few days before opening them. It may then take 3-5 working days for the funds to be credited into your account. During busy periods, please allow up to one week for your return to be processed.
